DRIVING . . . . .

Now, I have to concentrate on a Drivers License.

I have to have one now because we have a Hispanic family in Peru (we have a Head Start there) and I would have to go there at least 3 times in the school year to interpret.

For 2 home visits with the teacher one in the fall when school starts, and one when school is almost over in the spring, then there is the parent teacher conference in October.

I have to learn how to drive a mini van. Head Start has 4 mini vans that I could take to Peru. I just need the confidence to drive and to drive a mini van.

Don't you ever Sometimes HATE your job?

Just wanted thank everyone who prayed for me so I could pass my test.

I had to get a 460 to pass this Para Pro test.
This is my score:

Reading skills and knowledge...............................15 out of 15

Application of reading skills and
knowledge to classroom instruction.....................10 out of 10

Mathematics skills and knowledge.......................13 out of 15

Application of Mathematics skills and
knowledge to classroom instruction.....................9 out of 10

Writing skills and knowledge................................14 out of 16

AND

Application of writing skills and
knowledge of classroom instruction.....................7 out of 9

With a ....................................................................Total of 476

There are 90 ?'s in all. When the test is over they take 15 out right or wrong.

This is what $295.00 pays for so I can keep my job!

Just wanted everyone to know I haven’t blogged in a while because I am study’n for my Para Pro test.

Everything in Math and English, we have discovered that it isn’t 6th grade M & E but it’s M & E that you would get in a test when you go for your Associates Degree.

There are 3 of us that have to pass this before the 24th of this month (we noticed last week that it 2 Afican-American people and 1 Hispanic). Hopefully we 3 will pass our test on Wed. or Thur.

We are hoping that it's on Thursday because the teacher has a dental app. and one of the ladies have people coming in from Mississippi.

Say a little prayer for us on both day's just incase. We will be taking our test at 1:30 p.m. and over at 4:00 p.m. it is suppose to be a 2 hour test.
