btw driving a van ain't so hard. Just remember some basics and you'll do fine. #1 Vans will roll over in a half a second! Wear yer seat belts and don't turn fast for any reason (except for avoiding head-ons with semi trucks or dropping off three thousand foot cliffs. #2 This is a hard one t'learn, but, learn it you will... gas is expensive. #3 Remember the magic words when driving a buncha people around.... "SHUT UP!" You are the driver and what you say goes. Don't let some danged fool trick ya into turning fast (see rule number one) even if the dang fool is right about that being the right street. And, as silly as it sounds, I absolutely garantee you, some jerk WILL try t'get you to turn too quick. #4 "etidky" means: "even though I don't know you" #5 That one doesn't have anything to do with rules of driving vans, and, well, neither does this one.
But, if ya need help learnin' I'll be glad to help. 'Course, we gotta find a van, first....
My number one rule is: ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS pay attention to the people around you.
There are a lot of drivers that don't pay attention to what's going on around them. Always try to know their next move...if you're one step ahead of them, you're pretty safe!!!
Another good rule is, not to be telling someone else's kid what to do or study, but for the life of me, my mouth (or in the case of bloggin', fingers) can't seem to get the brakes on fast enough before getting the whole thing blurbed out.
Martial arts are serious, I know. On the other hand, there are also things like akido and judo which are more in the way of pure defense, and, while judo helps one to fall with more grace, akido can help in training a small person in combatting a larger person.....such as a bully or, in some cases I've heard of recently, hitters.
Still, probably should'a taken it to the Mother's doorstep prior to the daughter's mind, eh?

Thank for the rules, I drove with Cinda,(Annea's mom)this passed Sunday and she said I did very well.
As for gas I would be driving their van I don't have to pay for gas, If I drive my own car the school pays for MY GAS.
That is soooo kewl that they would be doing that.
Well. if we're giving advise on driving....
